Ichor Exhibition is the second chapter of ilaj Curatorial Project inspired by a chain narrative of interpretations on the Greek mythology of Daedalus and Icarus. The Beginning of this narration stars with the transcription of this mythology by Ovid for the first time in The Metamorphoses book, following with “The Landscape with the Fall of Icarus” Painting by Peter Bruegel in 1560s , The “Musée des Beaux Arts” poem by W.H.Auden in 1939, and finally the most inspiring poetry by the English poet Gavin Bantock, “Ichor” in 1968.These interpretations shape the terrain of this research and collaboration with the body of works in this project.
